Bruce is a Nova Scotia native and has lived on the picturesque South Shore, the beautiful Annapolis Valley and now resides in Halifax.

He was a member of a volunteer fire dept. for over 25 years and received a medal for Exemplary Service from the Nova Scotia Provincial Government in addition to a medal from The Nova Scotia Fire Service for years of service.

He has been involved in the construction industry for 20 years along with 14 years as a custom cabinet designer/ builder, which has provided him with a solid understanding of the industry plus a keen eye for design. Bruce is a past member of The Canadian Association of Home Inspectors Atlantic and has a certificate in defect recognition and reporting from The Ontario Association of Home Inspectors.

He is a member of the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS®, and a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association.

Bruce has been involved in sales and customer services all of his life and believes that customer service and satisfaction comes first. He takes on every project with natural enthusiasm and vigour. Bruce has built his successful Real Estate career on a solid foundation of down to earth no nonsense honesty.
